This Privacy Policy explains how Siret Color (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you play Tetra Spectrum: Color Fusion (the “App”) on mobile devices.
1. Information we collect
- Gameplay data stored on device: progress, high scores, settings, and unlock state (typically via local storage such as SharedPreferences).
- Diagnostics (if enabled by platform/services): crash logs, performance metrics, and device type/OS version through Firebase or similar tools when integrated.
- Advertising identifiers: if ads are shown, advertising IDs (e.g. GAID / IDFA subject to your OS settings) may be used by ad partners.
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
We do not require an account to play the core game, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as government IDs or payment card numbers inside the App.
2. How we use information
- To operate, save, and improve gameplay features.
- To fix bugs, measure stability, and improve performance.
- To show ads (when ads are enabled) and measure ad performance.
- To respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and store policies (Google Play / App Store).
3. Third-party services
Depending on the build, the App may use:
- Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, remote config, or similar) — governed by Google’s privacy terms.
- Google AdMob / advertising partners (if ads are enabled) — may collect device advertising IDs and interaction data under their policies.
- Apple App Store / Google Play for distribution and purchases (if any), subject to their privacy policies.
4. Data retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request. Analytics/crash data are retained according to each provider’s settings and limits.
5. Children’s privacy
The App is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it where applicable.
6. Your choices
- Reset or delete local progress by clearing app storage / uninstalling.
- Limit ad tracking via iOS / Android privacy settings.
- Opt out of personalized ads where your platform provides that control.
- Contact us to request deletion of information you sent by email.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a mobile game. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
8. International transfers
If you use cloud services (e.g. Firebase), data may be processed on servers outside your country, including the United States, subject to the provider’s safeguards.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
