Terms & Conditions
By downloading, installing, or playing Tetra Spectrum: Color Fusion (the “App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions with Siret Color (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of Google Play / the App Store.
2. Age
You must be old enough to consent to these Terms under the laws of your country. If you are under the age of digital consent, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, cheat, hack, or disrupt the App or related services.
- Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to extract source code beyond what is permitted by open-source licenses bundled with the App.
- Do not misuse support channels (spam, abuse, malware).
4. Virtual content & progress
In-game progress, scores, and unlocks are provided for entertainment. We may reset, modify, or discontinue features. Local progress can be lost if you clear app data, change devices without transfer support, or uninstall the App.
5. Ads & third-party links
The App may display advertisements or link to third-party content. Third parties have their own terms and privacy practices; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
6. Intellectual property
The App name, branding, art, audio, and code are owned by Siret Color or its licensors. “Tetra Spectrum: Color Fusion” and related marks are used to identify this game. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App without written permission.
7. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIRET COLOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF THE APP WAS FREE).
9. Termination
Your license ends if you stop using the App or if we terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimer, liability, governing law) will survive.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
